Collect — Become the Next Steward
One-of-a-kind objects. A process to match.
The Edward Curtis copper photogravure plates and related ephemera from The North American Indian are one-of-a-kind objects that have survived more than a century. The process of acquiring one reflects that.
For this reason, CurtisCamp does not use a shopping cart. Stewardship is transferred through collaboration, not checkout. Here is how we make collectors comfortable with the process:
- See what’s offered. Browse the collection and find something that speaks to you.
- Contact the Camp Keeper. Call, text, or email. Every inquiry is answered personally.
- Start a conversation. The Camp Keeper welcomes every question. There are no wrong ones.
- See it up close. The Camp Keeper offers a personal Zoom session to walk you through your selection before you decide to add it to your collection.
- If both parties are comfortable, receive a secure payment request through Chase Payment Solutions.
- Begin your stewardship. Your selection ships via UPS Two-Day, insured, at no additional cost.
